A banner rotator is a snippet of code you can place on a website that will display a rotating banner image. Clicking on the banner will point you to your promo page of interest. It works in the same way that a Traffic Exchange rotator works, only it’s the banner image that rotates and they all point to the same promo page.
Ultimate Team Build allows you to create an unlimited number of banner rotators, each containing an unlimited number of banner images.
To create a banner rotator, first login to the back office of Ultimate Team Build and click on “Dashboard\Manage Rotators\Banner Rotators“. It will display the page as shown in Fig. 1 below.
Adding A Banner Rotator
Click on the “Add A Rotator” link to add a Banner Rotator. It will display the page as shown in Fig. 2 below.
A field with “*” is required. Enter a name for your banner rotator that reflects what the links contained within are about.
There are three banner rotator types to choose from:
- Random – Banner Images are displayed randomly.
- Sequential – Banner Images are displayed in sequential order.
- Least Hit – The banner Image with the least number of hits is displayed first.
The default selection is “Random“. Click on the “Add Banner Rotator” button to save the banner rotator. You are not quite done yet. Next thing to do is to add Images to the banner rotator.
Adding Images To The Banner Rotator
I created a banner rotator for a program called AAA Auto Responder. They have at least 5 banner images that I could rotate, pointing to my referral page. It is shown in Fig. 1 above.
To add a banner image to this banner rotator, just click on the “Image Links” icon on the left. It will display a page as shown in Fig. 3 below.
This shows the images that have been added to this banner rotator. Click on the “Add An Image” link to add another banner image. A page similar to Fig. 4 will be displayed.
Warning * You are responsible for ensuring that the images added to this Banner Rotator are from the same program because they will all point to one URL when clicked on.
All Image Links should start with “http://” and be a valid URL.
Sequence Numbers should always be seperated by one. When all required information has been entered, click on “Add Banner Image” to save the image for that banner rotator.
Getting The Banner Code
You will need to copy and paste the banner code that is generated for this banner rotator to place on other websites. Just click on the “Code” icon as shown in Fig. 1 above. t will display a page as shown in Fig.5 below.
Every time someone displays the page where this code is placed, a different banner image will appear. It will always point to the same promo page when clicked on.

Bill, congratulations on the launch of Ultimate Team Build. I haven’t had much advertising online for the past two months, but will definitely be using this feature in the near future! The instructions on the use of the banner rotator are clear and concise. I am looking forward to working with this!
