You have probably used banner rotators in your promotional efforts. There is an excellent post on how to use a Banner Rotator on this blog. A Team Build Rotator is almost similar to a Banner rotator except that instead of rotating banner images, you rotate links by clicking on a single banner image. Let me explain how it works.
How Does It Work?
Let’s say that you have a team of direct referrals that have joined a program under you. You want to help your team in their recruiting efforts by promoting their referral links. If it’s a multi level program, any referrals recruited will still end up in a level below you. What you can do is place some snippet of code on Banner exchanges that will display a banner image of the program in question. When someone clicks on that banner, it will rotate through a list of referral links that belong to your team. Ultimate Team Build has a Team Build Rotator that allows its members to create as many rotators as needed, and each rotator can have as many URL Links as needed.
Creating A Team Build Rotator
Log into Ultimate Team Build and then click on “Dashboard\Manage Rotators\Team Build Rotator” It will display a page as shown in Fig. 1 below.
This page displays all of your current rotators and allows you to mange them from there. Click on the “Add A Rotator” link at the top left of the list. It will display a page as shown in Fig. 2 below.
All fields with a “*” are required. You must add at least one link to the rotator before you can use it. The banner image link must be a valid URL beginning with “http//“.
There are threeTeam Build rotator types to choose from:
- Random – Target URLs are displayed randomly.
- Sequential – Target URLs are displayed in sequential order.
- Least Hit – The Target URL with the least number of hits is displayed first.
The default selection is “Random“. Click on the “Add Team Build Rotator” button to save the banner rotator. You are not quite done yet. Next thing to do is to add links to the Team Build rotator.
Adding Referral Links
To add referral links to a Team Build Rotator, just click on the “URLs” icon for the Rotator of choice. (See Fig. 1). It will display a page as shown in Fig. 3 below.
To add a URL to the rotator, just click on the “Add A URL” link at the top of the list. It will display a form as shown in Fig. 4 below.
Enter a valid link that begins with “http://”. You can add a sequence number but that is not needed. There is a link that will number all of your links after you have added them all.
Set the “Rotate” flag to No if you don’t want this link to rotate.
Getting The Team Build Rotator Code
You will need to copy and paste some code to place on other web sites. Click on the “Code” icon for the Team Build Rotator of choice. It will display a page as shown in Fig. 5 below.
You can place this code anywhere that a banner would fit on a web page. Add your direct referral links as they join your team and you have created a very powerful advertising engine.

Join UTB
Thank you so much. This will be extremely useful for me and members of various team build programs I belong to. UTB has already replaced a number of different resources I use .for banner rotators, link tracking and cloaking, TE and Safelist surfing – just to name a few. For things like link cloaking/tracking you normally have to pay to upgrade if you need more than a few.links tracked. Your completely free service is wonderful.
Ultimate team build is a very giving site. Lots of help for the new and experienced on line worker. This is just one more example.
